Cable Tie Express is growing and always looking for great people to join our team! 

We currently have a need for an additonal Inside Sales Representative. 

The Inside Sales Representative position requires a dynamic sales person with the ability to handle all aspects of sales and customer service for assigned territory. This position requires ISR to work closely with established customers to complete orders and sell additional products. In addition, ISR’s are also responsible to grow the territory with outbound calls to existing accounts as well as prospect for new accounts. Must be well organized and detailed oriented. The position requires high paced, high energy, positive attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Aggressively identify, evaluate, develop and close new business opportunities

Ø Service and expand existing accounts, obtains orders and establish new accounts

Ø Generate customer quotes and follow up as needed

Ø Expand sales through introduction of new products in existing accounts

Ø Respond to customer service calls and general inquiries and / or complaints, ensuring

proactive communication to all customers

Ø Monitors competitive products and pricing via customer feedback

Ø Prepare samples and client correspondence

Ø Perform order entry tasks as needed

Ø Execute Marketing strategies

Ø Execute projects involving new product development, and industry research

Ø Maintain a complete understanding of current software used in the daily sales process.

Ø Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect service and productivity

Ø Performs other functional area duties, as required to meet business needs

Ø Support and monitor sales performance of outside sales agents

Ø Joint field sales call with outside sales agents when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor degree preferred with 3 years or more related industry experiences.

Computer literate, self-motivate and work well in a team environment.

Motivation for sales, sales planning, territory management, prospecting skills, persistence, meeting sales goals, self-confidence, client relationships, organized, detail oriented and product knowledge.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational and time management skills.

Position hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
