CTE Gives Back! - October 2019

As we focus on charities to benefit this month through the CTE GIVES BACK! Program, we are pleased to announce the recipients – Society of St. Vincent de Paul and The  Fuller Center for Housing.  Both of these 501C charities are centered on serving the poor regardless of religious affiliations, race, or national origin.  To get a snapshot on the unique nature of each, please note the info below.

SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL – Founded in 1833 in Paris, the Society of St. Vincent De Paul now has 900,000 members and makes an impact in 191 countries worldwide.  The organization offers person-to-person service to those in need or are suffering.  They promote self-sufficiency – helping the poor help themselves when possible – and identify the root causes of poverty and work toward their elimination.

THE FULLER CENTER FOR HOUSING – The Fuller Center is a faith-based organization promoting collaborative and innovative partnerships to provide adequate shelter for people in need.  Focused on building and repairing homes, it is a partnership between service organizations, countless volunteers and homeowners building their own homes themselves and buying them on terms they can afford.

It is with compassion and pride that we have selected these charities as recipients from our CTE GIVE BACK! Program.
